Who are we
Plasto-Sac UK Limited is a subsidiary of Plasto-Sac PLC Israel. The Plasto-Sac group extrudes, prints and converts over 60,000 tons per annum across a broad range of industries, specialising in the produce and food markets, with a turnover in excess of €180million and with continued investment of over 5 million euros planned for 2011, it will enable the group to remain at the forefront for quality and innovation within the flexible packaging industry.
Plasto-Sac UK has now been established for over 12 years and with a dedicated team behind him, Managing Director James Whitehead has grown the business year on year. This has been achieved through innovation and service, which we believe to be unprecedented within the industry. Working closely with our clients we pride ourselves on our ability to take the time to understand their business needs and day-to-day requirements.
What we do
The company supplies the UK produce packers,
for both wholesale and retail markets, supplying all types of packaging films for most of the leading supermarkets – Aldi, Tesco, Co-Op, Morrisons, Asda to name but a few.
Plasto-Sac manufactures and supplies an extensive portfolio of products and packaging methods that are demanded in the produce market, from flexible films, flow wrap, VFFS, gillenkirch, lidding, lamination and specialist films for cooking and extended shelf life.
Our box division is a leading supplier of printed corrugated packaging. Working with the UK’s leading corrugated manufactures, we offer delivery of small quantities up to full truck loads and provide a stock holding facility, all supported by the Plasto-Sac team.
We install tray erecting machines into the client’s premises to deliver cost effective erected trays.
We have an in-house design team working from the UK offices. The team is in place to deliver high impact designs, artworks and repro. We are here to develop brand identity giving our clients speed to market.
